Top 10 List – What’s Hot & What’s Not

by Sherry Riter in Fun,Twitter

This has been quite an eventful week in my part of the world! Just look here and you can see that I was a busy girl. Although I should probably be dropping in my tracks, I really have SO MUCH energy today. It is amazing that a dietary change can totally change your world when you are suffering allergies from the food you eat. In response to the HUGE CHANGE, my brain is having an endorphin party and it invited my body to come to the party too. In Twitter speak, #ThisFeelingIsAwesome #JustSayin

Well, I may not be tired, but Bella has no problem when it comes to relaxing and sleeping. #ShesSuchADog

Are you on Twitter? If not, you will notice that today’s post will be liberally sprinkled with Twitter hashtags which is another name for a # sign stuck in front of a word or words that have no spaces between them. These hashtags are meant to emphasize a subject. On Twitter, hashtags are searchable. On my blog, however, they are just going to be darn cute. #InMyHumbleOpinion

I thought since it is #Friday that I would have a little fun. Hopefully you can “get” my dry humor because I’m definitely not in the same caliber as Robin Williams of Jeff Dunham. #ThatsForSure So I’ve come up with a list of things that I think are hot this week and things that are not hot at all. #ILoveLists

How are you liking the #hashtags or should I not ask you? Lighten up! It is nearly the weekend! #GiddyUp

What’s Hot & What’s Not Hot

What’s Hot – Every day this week on my drive home from work, the sunroof of the car has been wide open. My hair looks funny if it gets caught by the wind and blows out the top of the car. #PictureThatCrazySight Anyway, the air smells so wonderful and fresh. #ILoveFall

What’s HotMy email is still rocking! I have been able to keep everything organized and the box stays empty. This has to beat any other time I’ve attempted to have my email remain perfect. My email is #HotHotHot

What’s Not Hot – The theme picture in my email is still doughnuts. I think I’m going to have to change it! #SoDangTempting

What’s Hot – Keith Urban’s new Top 10 Country Song called For You honoring military men and women who often make the ultimate sacrifice by “taking the bullet for you” in order to preserve the freedom of our country. #RespectAndHonor

What’s Not Hot – All the foods with grain as an ingredient in my kitchen. #GonnaGetRidOfThem

What’s Hot – Alyssa started working out and doing yoga again. We are just getting all healthy at my place! #IGuessYouAreNext

What’s Not Hot – I’m going to HAVE TO shop for smaller clothes. Grain makes you hold onto weight and not eating grain makes the fat fall off. #IDoNotLikeShopping #SomeoneDoItForMe

What’s Hot – I love posting Twitter Art like this one which was my way of saying goodnight to everyone. It also looked great in the footer of my blog and on Hootsuite. #TwitterRocks #FollowMe

What’s Not Hot – I just remembered that this morning I ran out of hairspray and I didn’t pick any up on the way home. That means tomorrow my hair is going to look like Medusa’s after she had a date with Thor, the mythological God of thunder, lightning and storms. #NaturalCurlsCantBeControlled

What’s Hot – How did I make 86,981 tweets as of 11:45 p.m. EST? I’m sure the people around me are awfully glad that I don’t talk that much. #SmallMiracles

Hello? Is that my Sherry? My Sherry? You sound wonderful!!! Allergies are a terrible thing – they kill everyday. I kept telling you that I thought something else was going on – something was off in your body other than the PTSD.” I hate to be right, but in this instance I am so glad you finally found out the problem. Unfortunately, it is serious. It really can kill you. Please be careful.

I love the hair blowing thing! You are beautiful and I will be glad to go shopping for clothes with you, LOL. I’m not saying that we both don’t like shopping, but to help you would be a pleasure.

Do not throw out all the other food stuff you can’t eat. You still have to experiment with your cookbook for those who do not have your allergies.

I am so happy this morning even though it is 3 o’clock. I slept all day – have felt lower than a snakes belly. I’v got to be better by the time you move. Great scott! I will never keep up with you, LoL. I am here if you need me. Kisses

LOL Yep, it is me! Crazy isn’t it? I feel so great other than the PTSD. It is crazy, crazy how this one thing could make SUCH a difference in my body!

Okay, I will definitely take you up on the clothes shopping thing because I truly hate it.

You have to stop eating grain! You will feel better. Did you know it adds to depression?!!!

LOL I don’t think anyone can keep up with me now because I am truly ROCKIN’ today!!!!

YES!! Sherry’s mom, stop eating grains! It’s like a magic bullet for your health! I too am living proof that after a lifetime of constant illness, multiple autoimmune disorders and degenerative disease that healing DOES occur when you find the culprit! I am so happy you found me on twitter because your blog is both HILARIOUS and honest! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your RITING!

Thank you for the reinforcement with mother! I’m going to need a lot of it because she is totally tuning me out! LOL The first thing she said was, “Bread is the staff of life and I don’t have to give it up because it is bad for you with your allergy, not me.” (rolling my eyes)

Thank you for the sweet things you said about my blog, Colleen! I’m so glad I found you on Twitter too! Yay Twitter!
